Why we build Convono
We are more connected than ever, and AI has quickly become part of both working life and everyday life. At the same time, it is not always clear where information is processed, which services it passes through, or who might ultimately gain access to it.
That raised an important question for us.
How can businesses and organisations use modern AI without having to hand over control of sensitive information?
Convono grew out of that need. Meetings can be long, sensitive and central to the organisation. They need to be transcribed, summarised and followed up without the material being sent to external AI services.
That is why Convono is built for local and on-premises deployment. Customers can get a coherent setup where software, hardware, installation and support work together.
Convono is developed continuously based on real meetings, practical use and feedback from different types of organisations, including board meetings, municipal organisations, banking and finance, consulting firms and other operations with high demands on documentation and control.

Thomas Tegger
Thomas Tegger founded AI Systems Sweden AB at the age of 18. Since then, he has grown the company within digitalisation, artificial intelligence and local AI solutions for businesses and organisations.
His background spans behavioural science and work in media, which shaped a strong interest in how people communicate, make decisions and use new technology in practice.
Thomas has trained in artificial intelligence through certified courses and programmes from, among others, Vanderbilt University, University of Michigan, University of Pennsylvania, Linköping University and IBM.
Today he works as a speaker, educator and adviser on AI, AI development and chatbots. He also leads the work on Convono and AI Systems Sweden's focus on solutions where organisations can use AI in an environment they control themselves.
For Thomas, AI is not about adding technology everywhere simply because it is possible. It is about understanding the organisation's needs, building something that actually works, and at the same time asking the important question of where the information goes.
To me, AI is not about using technology everywhere. It is about solving real problems while retaining control of the information.
