Convono for the public sector
Structured meeting documentation in an environment the organisation controls.
Public sector organisations handle meetings, calls and internal check-ins where documentation is often extensive and the information can be sensitive. Convono helps the organisation create a structured, reviewable record after the meeting.

Structured meeting documentation in an environment the organisation controls.
Challenges we often see
Extensive documentation
Meetings and internal check-ins generate large amounts of information that needs to be documented, reviewed and followed up.
Control over meeting material
Audio, transcripts and summaries can contain information the organisation needs to handle in its own environment.
Manual follow-up
Decisions, ownership and next steps risk being scattered across notes, emails and separate documents.
Five steps, from recording to follow-up
The same clear workflow is used regardless of meeting type, adapted to how you work in public sector.
- 1
Record or upload
Record the meeting directly in Convono or upload an existing audio file.
- 2
Transcribe and identify speakers
Convono converts the audio into text and distinguishes between different speakers in the conversation.
- 3
Summarise and structure
A summary is produced together with decisions and action items.
- 4
Review against the audio
Review Mode and audio sync make it easy to check the transcript against the recording.
- 5
Export and follow up
Export the material and use it for documentation, follow-up and continued work.
Tangible benefits after the meeting
Convono delivers a structured record that can be used immediately, without anyone having to reconstruct the conversation from memory.
- Searchable meeting record
- Clearer decisions, ownership and next steps
- Basis for continued documentation
- Less need for manual note-taking
- Easier control over what was actually said
Example: internal collaboration group
An internal collaboration group holds a longer meeting with several participants. The meeting is recorded and processed locally in Convono. Afterwards the group receives a transcript with speaker separation, a summary of the key issues, and identified decisions and action items.
In Review Mode, relevant sections can be checked directly against the audio before the material is exported and used in continued case handling.
Features that make a difference in practice
Speaker identification
The system distinguishes between different speakers, making it easier to follow who said what.
AI summary
Convono generates a summary that highlights the most important parts of the meeting.
Decisions and action items
Decisions, ownership and next steps are identified and listed as clear action items.
Review Mode
Review the transcript in a single view where text and audio can be checked together.
Audio sync
Click within the transcript to jump directly to the corresponding part of the recording.
Confidence indicators
Convono flags sections where the transcript may need extra attention, helping users prioritise their review.
