Cookies on convono.com
A cookie is a small text file that a website saves in your browser. It lets the website recognise your browser on your next visit, for example to remember a choice you have made.
convono.com also uses other similar browser storage, such as local storage. It works in much the same way as a cookie: the information is kept locally in your browser and can be read by the website. This page therefore covers both cookies and that kind of storage.
How we use cookies
Necessary storage keeps the website working safely: it protects our forms against automated submissions and remembers the cookie choice you have made. It cannot be switched off and is not used to follow you.
Google Analytics is only used if you have consented to the Statistics category, so the statistics cover only visitors who have consented. Until you consent, no Google Analytics code is loaded, no Google Analytics cookies are set and no Google Analytics data is sent.

Statistics
Google Analytics 4 tells us how convono.com is used. It shows things like how many people visit the site, which pages they read, where they came from (a search engine, a link or an ad), the type of device and browser they use, roughly which geographic area the visit comes from, and how the pages are used, such as button clicks and submitted forms.
The information is tied to a pseudonymous identifier in your browser. That means we do not see your name, but the visit is not fully anonymous either.
Google Analytics is not loaded until you have consented to Statistics, and measurement covers only visitors who have consented. Convono never sends names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages or pricing configurations from our forms to Analytics. The provider describes its own processing in Google's Privacy Policy.

Other similar technology
Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.). The service assesses whether a request comes from a person or from automated traffic. To make that assessment, Turnstile may process your IP address, browser information, a TLS fingerprint and an identifier for the website.
Turnstile is a necessary security function that protects our forms against spam and abuse. It is not used for marketing and not for visitor statistics. In our browser check, no Turnstile cookies were set on convono.com.
Provider information
The providers describe their own processing of data here:
Change or withdraw consent
You can change your choice or withdraw a consent you have given at any time. If you withdraw consent for Statistics, measurement stops immediately and the cookies set by Google Analytics are removed from your browser.
